Welcome to the home of Great Horton Park Chapel Cricket Club
We are an amateur cricket club in Bradford, West Yorkshire, running three senior teams.
The 1st XI captained by Chris Brown, and the 2nd XI captained by Mitesh Jivanji, are both preparing for their sixth seasons in the Foster's Halifax League. The 1st XI are looking for promotion from Division 2 after relegation in 2011 while the 2nd XI will be playing their fourth season in Division 1 after winning the 2nd Division in 2011. Both teams have moved to play their home games at Ewart Street, the former home of Great Horton CC in the Bradford league.
The 3rd XI captained by Nick Speight play in the Dales Council League and play their home games at the club's traditional home ground, Haycliffe Lane.
The club also runs a team in the Bradford Evening League who play their games on a Wednesday night at Ewart Street and are also captained by 1st team captain Chris Brown. Which has won both leagues consecutively and the finals day champions and are now in the premier league looking to continue in there success.
The club is always on the look out for new players of all ages and abilities. If you are interested in joining the club please get in touch with any current member or come to one of our training sessions
at the Ewart Street Ground which are held on Tuesdays from 6.00pm onwards during the season and at Grange Technology college from 9am until 11am from January the 10th until the beginning of the season.
